My mom, sister and I went to SM Southmall to go shopping for shoes for my gala. The requirements were "cream ecru pumps with at least one inch heel". So yes, we did buy my very first pair of "adult" shoes. And the heels weren't just one inch. They were three inches.
Do they make my legs look nicer? Yes. A major pain in the ass? Hell yeah.
St. Scho has so many requirements. I could just take the money my parents have spent and like, feed a third world country. Okay, so maybe NOT a third world country; that's a bit of an exaggeration. But I could take a bunch of street kids out for a decent meal.
